• Yarago software solutions: Worked as Software test engineer in Yarago software solutions. Worked in different projects (yarago EMR, Ophthal stock, Pharmacy). Provides prompt and efficient service to Eye hospitals including escalation of Vendor's issues regarding web portal, made sure if there is any defect in the web portal raised Ticket to fix the issue. Hand on experience in finding the root cause of the error and made sure it resolved and documented so that it won't reproduce.
