UTILITY MANAGEMENT

I played a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient design and management of wet utilities, including sewer water and storm, as well as other utilities such as Power Gas Telecom.

My responsibilities included designing and proposing diversion routes that adhered to HS2's rigorous standards for easements and clearance from existing and proposed structures. I managed a complex web of stakeholders and project partners, ensuring that all aspects of the utility management process were executed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING

As a BIM Integration Lead, I was responsible for overseeing a multinational team of designers and engineers from the UK, Poland, and Paris, who were tasked with creating BIM models and establishing standards for Utilities, Libraries, and Civil Cells in OpenRoads and Microstation.

I created a range of standard operating procedures, checklists, and modelling standards that enabled my team to create integrated, clash-free BIM models that met HS2's stringent requirements. I also conducted comprehensive clash checks and worked closely with other disciplines to resolve any issues, ensuring that our final BIM models accurately reflected all necessary utility information.

Through my leadership, coordination, and technical expertise, I was able to ensure that the HS2 project proceeded on schedule, under budget, and to the highest possible standards of quality and excellence.

ADB FUNDED CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY (CMSC) SERVICES TO ASSIST TIRUNELVELI CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR EXECUTION OF UNDERGROUND SEWERAGE SCHEME WITH STP FOR TIRUNELVELI CITY MUNICIPAL AREA.

COORDINATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a highly accomplished project coordinator, I have successfully managed a multitude of responsibilities pertaining to the development and implementation of hydraulic design for an underground sewage collection system. My core strengths lie in my exceptional ability to proof-check designs, identify any potential discrepancies, and suggest appropriate alterations or corrections to the site team and contractors.

I have been able to seamlessly coordinate and manage the PMC/CMSC team deployed at Tirunelveli City Municipal Corporation. I ensured that all Systra procedures are adhered to at the site office has resulted in a streamlined implementation process and a more efficient project timeline.

Moreover, I have been coordinating with both key and non-key staff members to ensure their successful deployment at the site, as per the predetermined deployment schedule. My adeptness in handling complex invoicing procedures has also enabled me to prepare invoices in a timely and efficient manner, as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.

Designing perimeter drainage system for various locations
Proposal of modification in the alignment of various existing utilities like electrical, water, sewer, gas etc.
Clash detection of the modified utilities with tracks and other structures related to the track alignment.

Coordination with various teams for various utilities crossing the track alignment.



DETAIL ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR THE WORKS PERTAINING TO PHASE – II IN AURIC BIDKIN INDUSTRIAL AREA, AURANGABAD,

Studying and analyzing site conditions for the suitability of the location for various components of the project
Designing sewer collection network (App. 48 kms) for the entire area.
Designing industrial effluent collection network (App. 48 kms) for the entire area.
Designing various ancillary units like pumping stations- terminal, intermediate and auxiliary.
Designing of all the related economic rising main.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR ACTIVATION AREA OF DHOLERA SIR.

Preparation of the alignment for power Supply duct with all the related fittings, chambers, vents, property connections etc. (Length- 144 kms)
Preparation of the alignment for ICT (Information and communication Technology) duct with all the related fittings, chambers, property connections etc. (Length- 144 kms, Access Chambers = 2400)
Preparation of good for construction L-Section drawings for the power duct and ICT (Information and communication Technology) duct.
Cost estimation of both power supply duct and ICT (Information and communication Technology) duct.
Creating various details of the cells (Manholes, ducts, chambers, property connection etc.) and library in Bentley Microstation

OMAN NATIONAL RAIL PROJECT (OCTOBER 2014 – DECEMBER 2014)
• Systra was appointed as the consultant for the pre bid work by Hyundai Construction for Oman National Rail Project. Water and Environment division was assigned the work of designing and preparing the BoQ for the Storm water Drain, Landscape Irrigation, sewerage system and water supply system and other facilities outside the station buildings and depot facilities, Freight Terminal, Marshalling yard, wayside maintenance and passing loop (other than MEP).
• Was involved in the design of the following.
• Storm water drainage system &
• Landscape irrigation system for one of the stations (Al-Wasit) and passing loop.
• Prepared the BoQ for the Same and prepared the various schedules of the tender related to the work done.
BUIDCO-24X7 WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM IN 25 TOWNS OF BIHAR (PACKAGE-5)
SAI was appointed as the chief engineering consultant for the project of providing water distribution network for five towns of Bihar including tendering process.
Designing the distribution network for the project and was also involved in the estimation of the quantities for the same.
Designing of the distribution network for the town of Biharsharif and Jehanabad.

JAMNAGAR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION

• MPES was assigned the engineering consultancy work for the renovation of the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and design of new WTP and water distribution network carried out the estimates of the structures need to be renovate carried out the process design of the new WTP. Also was the part of the designing of the distribution network.

NARMADA, WATER RESOURCES, WATER SUPPLY & KALPSAR DIV.

• MPES was appointed as the, for carrying out feasibility study, design, detailed project report, tenders, tender evaluation for the three phased project, which included “Panam Pipeline Project” as Phase- I
  
• The project of lifting 250 Cusecs of water from Narmada Main Canal to supply water to Panam Main Canal at a distance of 8.5 km. Hydraulic design of the Rising main,and also design and estimates of other components of the projects viz.Head Regulator (HR) Structure, Under-ground Sump etc
  
• Tender paper preparation and approval for the project which went through a sequence of meetings with the clients later he was the part of all the tendering related procedures carried out the Technical bid evaluation process for the same supervised the surveying of the route and stone marking of the alignment of the route of the rising main.
