Prediction of Forging load and Barreling effect on cold upset forging process of Aluminum billets using Response Surface Methodology

• A five level three factor full factorial design matrix based on central composite design technique was used for the mathematical development of model to predict forging load and barrelling diameter of aluminum billets during upset forging process.
