Project execution

• Preparation of Project Feasibility report & Sensitivity analysis for oil & gas fields in various stages of exploration & development to assess a field’s commercial viability
• Vetting of Project Cost estimates with increased focus on cost optimisation without comprimising the quality/safety requirements in accordance with the internal cost estimation methodology
• Financial evaluation of the bidders in accordance with bid evaluation criteria before award of LSTK contracts.
• Continuous monitoring of project progress & timely release of payments based on Milestone achieved
• Review of Capital Work in Progress & Asset accounting in line with Ind AS.
• Handed Post contract issues w.r.t change order valuation & assistance to Legal firms in compiling the data for cases under litigation/arbitration.

Accounting & Tax compliance

• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual accounts closure activities & execution of cost cycles
• End to end audit support, coordinating for replies to queries raised by Statutory auditors, Govt Auditors, Internal Auditors & Ministry of Govt of India.
• Review of long pending open line items & monitoring of high value Bank Guarantees

Others

• Dealt accounting treatment of Borrowing Cost incurred on Foreign Currency borrowings, Lease accounting
• Acting as a Nodal agency in soliciting Forex Forecast & Capex Utilisation data for onward submission to Ministry of Oil & Gas

Have led the team as a senior article handling statutory Audit and / or Limited Reviews of the following entities :

• Central Statutory Audit of a Public Sector Bank
• Audit of a Core investment company including group consolidation

• Assisted in various International & Domestic Transfer Pricing Studies & Benchmarking of entities
• Assisted in Income Tax assessments & appeals
• Assisted in TDS compliance & IT return filing of various corporates
