• This project is for the Project Management to fulfill customer requirement in the form of managing the customer infrastructure and its change management control wherein we provide support for Managed lab services of Microsoft
• TCS is responsible for all change and management and data centre secure access management ensuring all activities are planned and executed without impacting Microsoft deployment and releases as it is very important for organization for managing changes in the environment
• Analyzing and approving all change management activities being performed at MLS Dc’s ensuring no impact to the customer infrastructure taking care of the redundancy
• Managed coordination and communication for all emergency and crisis situations affecting supported services
• Responsible for investigating Root Cause and provide a Remediation for an impacted event on infrastructure
• To define maintain all workflows and ensuring a strong physical access management layer using right crowd application through Lenel and its automation
• Performing audits at people level and card reader level making sure it has good role configurations
• Power Utilization audits using power BI across the MLS labs
• Engagement Owner for Nuance Microsoft Project which includes all DEG activities of TCS

• Build Automation using vRA
• Working on designing the Workflows as required to automate builds
