Preparing management stats and making sure the teams' KPIs are achieved on a weekly and monthly basis. Conducting training for juniors and new joiners.
Collect, validate, and analyze mutual fund information, and update daily prices, fund size, yield, and dividend details promptly, and interact with UK and AUS clients for critical cases regarding performance mismatch. Monitor and review reconciliation for the UK, AUS, IRL, LUX, etc., comparing with the fund group Factsheet. And perform corporate events like mergers, relaunches, splits, and currency conversions based on fund group confirmation. Monitor and review suspicious data before it is published on platforms and fed to clients.
