Humana Lnc - is a American Insurance company which offers a wide range of insurance products and health and wellness services, where in which I am gaining full hands-on experience in Migration utility which can be performed in three main stages (i.e) Converting Easytrieve codes to Cobol codes, Testing the converted codes with easytrieve codes to check any impact created (Deep analysis on the codes to sort out the impact) and deploying that in Production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Migration of developed Easytrieve codes to COBOL codes and performing In-depth analysis of converted code to avoid any impact after migration.
• Resolving system test and validation problems to provide normal program functioning.
• Good knowledge of Easytrieve programs, Endeavour conversions, and decent understanding of Service-now tool.
• Leading and Managing with over 10 teammates by Organizing work and communicating among team for progressing work outputs.
• Working closely with team members in such tasks as troubleshooting and debugging.
• Participated in and performed Agile design and planning exercises.
• Quality knowledge in Agile and Sprint methodology.
• Participating with clients in discussion meetings and maintaining On-track records to deliver outputs within scheduled time.

Mercedes Benz (MBUSA) – Worked in the backend of an application called VISTA (Vehicle Information Sales Tracking and Analysis), which integrates several MBUSA business applications such as ordering, shipping, inventory management, inventory reporting. VISTA supports corporate, regional, marketing, and dealer efforts by providing direct access to all current MBUSA databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed new and modified existing COBOL programs, JCL's.
• Identified issues, analyzed information, and provided solutions to problems.
• Involved in coding and enhancement of COBOL programs by testing changes and implementing them in Production.
• Good with IBM utilities.
• Documented system configuration, mapping and processes.
• Performed cost-benefit analyses for proposed systems.
• Interacted with clients and onsite leads for better understanding of issues.

American Express (AMEX) - is a Finance company. Here, I got hands-on experience in logical decommissioning, which can be done in four stages (say) Identifying the components present in the application, understanding the source of data, analyzing the job's functionality, and coordinating with business units for de-commission.

• Understanding and analyzing business requirements on an existing system.
• Performed Entry level Coding and unit testing.
• Preparing test plans and test scripts and Translating Business requirements into documents.
• Production support- Analyzing and resolving production issues on high priority.
