Now we are shifting to Darkstore concept where we are feeding 54 dark stores with the help of 450+ mp & the outward quantity is 3.60 lacs which is highest in PAN India.

Look into the GRN and Quality aspects. Maintain TAT time and ensure QC issues are resolved with 6 Hrs. Also RTV of all QC rejected items back to sellers within stipulated time.
Handled product categories like- Fashion-jewelleries, Apparels, Footwear, Accessories for Men’s Ladies, and Kids, Home, Appliances, Electronics etc.
Looking into returns, analyse and check the reasons for returns. And assured only good and saleable returned items are placed back in inventory.
Weaning out Bad Inventory from the inventory by random checking, and during inventory cycle count.
Implemented OQC process for all the orders created which was supposed to be checked before invoicing.
Drive ground staff for faster processing to strive to meet 90% O2M within 6 Hrs. and NDD orders in 45 Mints.
Impart training to ground staffs and supervisors regarding processes, quality guidelines and SOPs.
Ensuring inventory sanctity for seller’s goods as well as packing materials.
Organize weekly meeting with FC manager and all supervisors to close all burning issues.
Look into escalations from HO, sellers and customers.
Ensure FC’s escalations are connected to right department and resolved.

HHT- Handheld transponder for inventory put away for better inventory control
HHT- Handheld transponder for Inventory Cycle Count to map Item Barcodes with Shelf Location and Cycle Count Completion daily 8% of total inventory.
Packman – For better control over logistics cost.
Ship together & NDD Orders- Responsible for 100% adherence of ship together & Next Day Delivery process as well as also ensure that proper packing should be done of the shipments as per the given Packaging Guidelines. SD+ Instant Average O2M - 30 mints and NDD handover adherence 100%.
