• Ensured 24-hour delivery turnaround based on sales orders and customer delivery acceptances, maintaining high service levels and dispatch accuracy.
• Maintained strict cost control, ensuring total plant operating expenses remained within ₹3 per liter of Diesel Exhaust Fluid production.
• Led monthly SAP vs physical stock reconciliation, targeting and consistently achieving material variation under 0.05%, ensuring inventory accuracy and loss minimization
• Monitored and improved OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of critical machines, ensuring high equipment uptime and productivity
• Maintained compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations related to chemical storage, handling, and emissions
• Oversaw periodic renewal and audit processes for Factory License, Consent to Operate (CTO) from pollution control authorities, and packaging licenses under Legal Metrology
• Monitored fire safety compliance, including regular checks and renewal of fire extinguisher certifications, and conducted fire safety drills and equipment inspections.
• Conducted internal audits and created compliance checklists to avoid penalties or production downtime due to expired or non-compliance.
• Maintained full compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, BIS, and VDA 6.3 quality and process standards, along with adherence to all internal SOPs and audits.
• Drove a zero-complaint policy related to product quality, physical appearance, damage, and delivery timelines through proactive process checks and customer feedback loops
• Coordinated with supply chain and procurement departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize disruptions.
• Contributing to the operational excellence of Nandan Group, which currently has 22 manufacturing units across India.

• To manage all running plant (5 units) with men power more than 300 including operator, engineer, maintenance team as well supervisors
• Responsible for implementing quality standards as per IATF/VSA/VDA/MACE.
• To prepare planning sheet of all press parts running in all units no of parts are 250
• Coordinate with ppc team to full fill customer requirement to avoid any delivery failure
• To monitor effectively use of PPE at shop floor
• To follow kan ban inventory system for smooth flow
• Timely review of tool & machine preventive plans & adherence
• To coordinate with end customer in case of delivey /quality concerns
• Assist in new product development and enhancements
• Resource planning based on tentative forecast
• To reduce bottleneck operation for productivity improvement
• To review performance (OEE) of all working units
• To review departmental Kpi with Top management on monthly basis
• Delegate tasks effectively and analyse reports to improve efficiency and output

About the company :- Established in the year 2006, at Faridabad, initially starting with core business of providing quality and precision based engineering services, for Tooling, Jigs, Fixture, Sheet Metal Components, Welded Sub-Assemblies& Machined Components to Sheet Metal Components Industry Like Borgwarner emission system

• Planned, organized and managed production as per plan and adhere delivery date
• Handling team size of 50 operator and 6 associates
• Coordinate with associate for daily red bin analysis
• Monitored and supported progress of plant production orders by managing shop capacity an functions at 30 machines including cnc/vmc and spm machines
• Standardized production procedures, job roles and quality assurance guidelines.
