i. Coordinate with community educators at district and village level and support them in
development of programme plans under Child Rights .
ii. Coordinate and Organize trainings/capacity building and strategic guidance to
community educators as per the requirement of the program.
iii. Organise child rights awareness programmes at District level as per Khushaal
Bachpan plan.
iv. Develop systems and structures at the district level for process documentation and
registration.
v. Ensure logistic support toward the trainings and other program events.
vi. Generate and share learnings, ensure feedback mechanism for continuous
improvement and timely reporting of Khushaal Bachpan program as stipulated in the
agreements by the partners.
vii. Facilitate the Participatory Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Khushaal Bachpan
programme, including process documentation.
viii. Participating in the cluster level, regional level meetings, workshops,
reflections, for learning and incorporation of the same into operations.

minded organizations.

• Creating awareeness regarding ground water saving under the project ATAL BHUJAL YOJANA in drought prone area in Maan taluka , results is everyone in selected villages are aware about how to save water in underground.
