• Detailed Offer Analysis for Stores to finalize the Product line, to keep in store for sales.
• Work with Retail Suppliers to plan the availability of stock in stores eliminating disruption in supply.
• Analyzing Best Seller models and increasing replenishment parameters for better availability for these models at stores.
• Replenished sales floor merchandise and organized shelves, racks, and bins for optimal appearance.
• Implemented strategies like Step down pricing & Combo Offers to clear Discontinued Stock from store to make space for new arrivals.
• Maintaining Stock Life Time to 28 days at store for better cash flow.
• Opened, shelved and merchandised new products in visually appealing and organized displays for optimal sales promotions.

• Responsible for all the processes inside the store inventory aspects on the site such as stock location and availability, replenishment control, inventory auditing and other processes
