My Journey with the manufacturing industry is of 18 Years with a rich 4 years of experience in PV module manufacturing ( THIN FILM Amorphous silica based Photovoltaic Fab. Module,SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT ), 6 years of experience in Project Execution (SCADA implementation, O & M, PV Installation), 4 years of experience in Robotics & Automation Control Systems, Years of experience in Supply chain Management in Solar EPC Company working as the Procurement department Head , Now contribute to organizational growth in E-Commerce company as Procurement & Planning head .

• Benchmarking of product or Product Components and developments of new product/component as per requirement of the customer.
• Controlling of System Equipment and development of equipment as per requirement and feasibility to get it integrated in system.
• Interacting with the users and keeping them informed about the status of running project and technology.
• Coordinate with the team and contractor regarding site activities such as design, installation, planning and commissioning of solar power project.
• Solar Photovoltaic water pumping testing for performance evaluation as well as certifying of different types of SPV water pumps and its components as per the guidelines provided by Ministry of new and renewable energy specifications at National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) Gurugram, Harayana.
• Technical discussion and finalization/selection of equipment for Balance of System (BOS).
• Roof Tops & Solar farm erection, commissioning and quality management system in solar power projects (solar farms).
• Planning and developing strategy for various products with the help of gathering the market intelligence.
• Exposure to setup new latest and first of its’ kind Thin film Amorphous silica based Photovoltaic Fab.
• Prepare all the system procedure, Work Instructions, Specification Sheets, Control plan, engineering trial Change Note, Trial Request for Design of Change (DOEs) which enhance the Engineering Development and new product Development.
• Installation of Modules at Outdoor and Testing in environment chamber for destructive testing, such as Dip testing, wet leakage testing, heat, cold, thermal shock testing, etc.
• AC cable lying for electricity distribution and handling complete installation, operation and maintenance of substation.
• Knowledge and have implemented 5S system in the organization for better work culture, so work can be performed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
