Process Handling Information

• Handling the mortgagee information of the end customers as per their request on their homeowners and rental policies.
• Updating the information of mortgagee company details sending the updated policy packets to customers.
• Verifying the required documents as par customer request.
• Handling Quality assurance of the team handling the above responsibilities.
• Trained nearly 80+ associates on the above process.

• Maintained all the trackers in Ms Excel like production and audit attendance of team of 120 + associates across location (Hyderabad,Pune,Chennai,Cincinnati & Guadalajara) with Quality details of all the associates.
• Handling all new process undertakings which are being routed to TCS from clients in regards to P&C line of business as POC (point of contact).
• Worked as Service Secured Room Operator (SSRO) for the BPS Secure room.
