I am a passionate, self-taught baker and cook with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the kitchen. My love for sweets and creativity led me to start my own home bakery, Cake My Day, in 2021 — where I designed and sold customized desserts. Though I paused the business in 2023 to pursue my law degree, my passion for pastry and cuisine has only grown stronger. Inspired by trailblazing chefs like Garima Arora, I dream of training at Le Cordon Bleu and opening a globally recognized bakery that celebrates both precision and soul.
