• Contract Management: Review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  Oversee the Contract Management Life Cycle (CMLC) to maintain seamless contract operations.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 8 Quality Control (QC) members, ensuring high standards in contract extraction, metadata & obligation management.
  Resolve doubts and manage contractual obligations for team members.
  
• Implementation of CLM Tools: Successfully implement Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to streamline contract processes.
  Develop and drafted playbooks, policies for contractual metadata and obligations.

• Trainer: Trained more than 30 members on extraction of metadata, obligations and continuous improvement of resources as the need arises. |
• CLM Awareness and explanation to all delivery, sales, pre sales, teams, procurement & support functions (CMC, PMO etc.) across the enterprise.
