Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Western Digital account website for any issues, errors, or incidents. I utilized the New Relic dashboard to actively track the site's performance and health. This involved providing necessary inputs for the dashboard to function and interpreting the generated reports on a daily basis. Regularly checking for Security and any module updates through Acquia to safeguard the website from potential vulnerabilities.
