• Joined as L2 associate to VBI (Vision Bin Inspection) Team. The hawkeye view helped the team resolve the problems of stowing in FC by raising BEV and And-on Tickets, I was awarded for top raiser of TT in 2019
• Break-through achieved in 2020, by cracking IJP for TRON-Training SME role, possessing the knowledge of VBI, helped TRON to reduce the inventory checks in FC and achieved Six-Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (Certificate Code : LLjJ5glpgX )
• Trained highest number of New Hire's with head count of 251 in pandemic period with live examples and achieved top FPY of 96%
• Successfully managed programme level accuracy through a deep dive analysis of associate defect data and the creation of training content, as well as a strategy to meet programme objectives
• Created a small video on How to setup Amazon Laptop for New Hire, which reduced the trainer's bandwidth by 2000 hrs/year/per trainer
• Worked and created content for 1683 associates during new pilot launch in TRON process with 99.58% completion rate
• Promoted to L3 - Training-SME role within a span of 9 months into team and also bagged Best Trainer for Q2 ( April'20)
• Increased accuracy percentage between Training and Audit team from 60.28% to 74.74% in 4 weeks of calibration sessions which reduced the number of disputes raised to Training Team
• Worked on the first ever Takt Module, which lowered the numbers from 18.61 seconds to 17.15 seconds by analyzing the data that has associates, event, response, and video length wise resolved takt time
• Launched Peak BQ ILT session for the outlier associates with various content and assessment which helped the 63 associates to achieve the business goals
• Worked on the accuracy, upskilling on New Training-SME joining the Training team Created a Minimum Ramp-Up Training grid for any covid leaves, Annual leaves, Maternity leave associate/manager to upskill on TRON within two working days, also followed up with them post two weeks of training on accuracy during the production and achieved Six-Sigma Green Belt Certification (Certificate Code : 2SXafFy498 )
