As an Integration Architect for the Nuuday project, a greenfield initiative designed to overhaul the existing BSS & OSS IT landscape with Netcracker systems, my primary responsibilities include:

Integration Solution and Implementation:

• Leading the integration efforts for the entire BSS/OSS stack with external systems.
• Conducting client workshops during blueprinting and design phases to thoroughly understand client requirements.

Interface Agreement and Documentation:

• Preparing comprehensive interface agreements and interface design documentation on Confluence pages.
• Ensuring detailed documentation to facilitate a seamless handover to the development team.

Handover and Support:

• Conducting smooth handover sessions to the development team, providing clear guidance and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Collaboration and Clarification:

• Working closely with the development team and supporting the QA team in clarifying business requirements for effective testing.

Scrum Meetings:

• Holding regular scrum meetings to provide timely updates, track progress, and resolve any issues.

Functional Stream Alignment:

• Aligning the functional stream for integration scenarios to ensure a coherent and cohesive approach.

TMF API Integration:

• Implementing TMF APIs for both external and internal systems to enable seamless communication and data exchange.

Proof of Concept (POC):

• Conducting POCs during the solution design phase to validate and refine integration approaches.

In my role, I manage end-to-end integration activities, ensuring successful implementation and delivering value-driven solutions to our clients.
