• Designed and developed Technology Demonstration Vehicle(TDV) integrated with Metal-Air Battery stack for testing and validation.
• Working on the Vehicle Integration of the battery with 2W, Erickshaws and other commercial and passenger vehicles.
• Testing and analysis of the cell design prototypes for the analysis and design improvement.
• Tested a combinations of Electrolyte, Additives, Cathode and Catalysts, and analyzed the cell performance and to get insights for the best combinations for optimum performance with better power output and energy density.

• Design batteries as per AIS-156 Battery standard.
• Led Engineering Team of 8 to work on the customer requirements and NPD projects.
• Worked on 100+ design, research and development of battery pack SKUs with different ratings.
• Ideated on the framework and design of the Product Management and BOM portal.
• Worked on R&D and NPD projects related to optimization, part selection and enhancement of the battery packs designs from thermal, structural, vibrational, product assembly aspects.

• Oversaw and coordinated product lifecycle from conceptualization to commercial release.
