To regularly report the problems and development areas related to the system to the superiors and system project managers.
Supporting the Duty Officers and Duty Managers when necessary in the daily workflow.
To continuously monitor the quality of service of the department and to participate in the necessary activi- ties and to make suggestions for better the service.
To comply with safe working procedures/instructions; contributing to their development,
To monitor the Daily, Weekly & Monthly working schedule and actual working hours, overtime and ensur- ing they are aligned to actual requirement of the station.
