IV. Honeywell Redundant C300 & Experion PlantCruise system for 100TPD Soyabean/ Sunflower Refinery

V. NTPC TALCHER: Dry Fly Ash Transportation System for Stage-I (2X500MW) & Stage-II (4X500MW). Using
GE RX3i series redundant CPU IC695CPUE330 and Versamax series I / O cards interfacing with Genius
module IC200GBI001. SCADA development using Complicity 10. Implemented the entire ladder Logic in
GE proficy machine edition 9.5 & Using Modbus Communication for third party equipment.
VI. Worked on Solvent extraction and Preparatory Plant of Green Food Processing Industries, Sudan Africa
using Siemens S7-300 series redundant (Simatic Manager V5.5 & WinCC Runtime V7.3 + Upd 1).
Development the entire ladder Logic & SCADA and commissioned the project.
VII. Worked on IPS BIOGAS PROJECT, Indonesia using GE RX3i series CPUIC695CPUE305 and Versamax
series I / O cards interfacing with Genius module IC200GBI001. SCADA using Cimplicity 8.2.
Implemented the entire ladder Logic in GE proficy machine edition and data exchange over Profibus
with Siemens S7-300series PLC and commissioned the project.

MW ESSP UNIT # 3 & 4 TO INTERMEDIATE MS SILO (STAGE-I) FURTHER TO MAIN RCC SILO (STAGE-II) at
Wanakbori & Ukai TPS GUJARAT using GE versamax series Cpu E005 and I / O cards and scada using
Cimplicity 8.2. Implemented the entire ladder Logic in GE proficy machine edition and commissioned
the project.
III. Worked on WATER DISTRIBUTION PROCESS OF GOVT OF ORISSA using GE versamax series Cpu and I/O
cards for 5 different location and and scada using Cimplicity 8.2 and connectivity using Industrial
Hotspot Radio modem RADIOLINX (Wi-Fi) and touch screen HMI FP4057T of Renu Electronics pvt Ltd.
IV. Also configured the Renu Gateway 900 a GSM gateway with GE versamx CPUE005 for controlling the
entire process via mobile handset using SMS services and clients also get notification of current status
and alarms via sms in preconfigured mobile number.
V. Worked on DELHI JAL BOARD using GE 90-30 series CPU IC693CPU374 and Versamax series I/O cards
interfacing with Genius module IC200GBI001 with HOT Redundancy and server viewer configuration
scada using cimplicity v8.2.
VI. Worked on Senna Syrup Purification Process Plant of Alchem International Pvt. Ltd, Neemrana
(Rajasthan) for Chemical Construction International Pvt. Ltd.
VII. Using GE-FANUC VersaMAX CPU IC200CPE005, AND VESAMAX SERIES Digital input. Digital output,
analog input, analog output and SCADA using Cimplicity v8.0 with Ethernet Connectivity and Server
Viewer Configuration in three different sections.
