- Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) organization builds technology to safeguard the health, compliance, and well-being of associates across global operations.
- I lead the Safety Management Tools (SMT) charter, which I built from scratch and have scaled over the past four years.
- SMT delivers tools used by Safety and Ops personnel to plan, execute, and track safety initiatives across thousands of sites globally.
- I manage engineering teams delivering data-intensive, GenAI-augmented safety platforms, including entitlement systems, ergonomic assessment tools, and leadership scoring dashboards.
- These platforms ingest millions of records and combine LLMs, semantic search, and telemetry-driven insights to detect safety risks, surface documentation gaps, and support regulatory decisions.
- I own the full lifecycle—vision, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Key outcomes include migrating legacy systems to serverless architectures, redesigning entitlement workflows, and embedding generative AI into WHS programs, leading to 97% accuracy in decision support.
- I also drive org-wide engineering excellence: GenAI QA strategy, scalable telemetry onboarding, performance testing frameworks, mentorship, and design doc quality.
- As a culture leader, I’ve led Hackverse, revamped R&R programs, and conducted 100+ bar-raising interviews across SDE/QAE roles.
