- Transfer of user- Automated manual checks like checking loan on number price plan compliancy, porting status, sim status, payment status, postpaid check which are done while transferring a user to another billing customer
- Just in a click now agents can transfer as many users they want
- SMS Verification- Automated the manual and time-consuming verification process of a customer by developing a functionality wherein the agents can send autogenerated code to customers which led to enormous saving to Vodafone
- 360-Degree Customer View - Putting all the relevant information of the customer on Starting page so that agent can answer the queries without going elsewhere
