CURRENT PROJECT: WORKER'S SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD(WSIB)

Responsibilities in the current project:

• Analyzed multiple PRC incidents to determine their causes and implemented data fixes for resolving BAG issues and RECONs, effectively resolving PRC failures. Collaborated with business teams to reinstate policies for larger employer accounts locked in the PRC.
• Resolved customer issues related to software applications and developed solutions to address them.
• Developed GOSU and SQL scripts to resolve various issues in the policy center and to fulfill business requests.
• Managed multiple large employer accounts, addressing various issues such as policy transactions, premium reports, reconciliations, and association/dissociation processes.
• Addressed data defects in the Policy Center for various PRC failures and other applications (BC, CC, and CM). Demonstrated the ability to implement several data fixes as per business requests, effectively reducing the time and manual effort required by clients.
• Experienced in incident handling in ServiceNow across applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, with occasional work on ContactManager.
• Created monthly Change Requests to schedule jobs for Policy Center (PCPRF) and Billing Center (BC SCHED1) applications, ensuring timely approvals, monitoring the jobs, and providing updates promptly.
• Successfully managed the Event messaging queue size to remain within acceptable limits for all applications: PC, BC, CC, and CM.
• Worked the daily activities: Queue clearance, Job Monitoring, HealthCheck, and Nightly Batch Report.
• Addressed specific integration challenges, including GL Integration, TELUS, and Assure Pay. Resolved several incidents related to TELUS.
• Assisted with the Annual Mailout activity in September and the Year End Renewal Activity by executing tasks and providing timely updates.
