Network Troubleshooting and support:

• Provide L2/L3 support for network-related incidents and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems in LAN/WAN,VPNs,firewalls,switches,routers and other network devices
• Monitor network performance,identify issues and take proactive steps to prevent problems

Network Maintainance and Infrastructure:

• Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure,including routing,switching,wireless and security devices.
• Manage network configuration, patch updates,firmware upgrades and backups.

Network Design and Implementation:

• Assist in the design,implementation and optimization of network architecture and infrastructure.
• Participate in network capacity planning, HLD,LLD, scalability and capacity tuning.

Documentation and reporting:

• Document network configurations,troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Maintain detailed reports of network operations and issues resolved.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT team,security engineers and third party vendors to ensure network reliability and security.
• Support senior engineers in network design and larger infrastructure projects.

Network Design Implementation:

• Configure and Implement network solutions based on organizational requirements.
• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers,switches and firewalls.

Network Monitoring and troubleshooting:

• Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with a low turn-around time.
• Perform regular network maintainance, including updates and patches.

Technical support:

• Provide technical support to internal teams regarding network-related issues.
• Provide guidance and traing to L1 network engineers

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations,changes and troubleshooting steps.
• Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.

Software Development:

• Developing,debugging and maintaining embedded system projects in medical domain.

• Investigation of of first line incident assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.
• Resolution of moderate to critical fault reports.
• Develop subsystem testing code for vlan,dhcp.
• Perform unit testing(UT),subsystem testing(SST) of the patched code .
• Implement CLI commands in C++.
• May contribute to/ support project work as and when required.
• Monitor client infrastructure and solutions.
• Automate network configuration using APIs like NETCONF and YANG schema.
• Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when required
