• User ID creation, modification and administration, monitoring of active users.

• Performing transports in three-system landscape.
• Troubleshooting STMS problems.
• Scheduling of SAP standard jobs.
• Knowledge on BR* Tools.
• Application of SAP Notes and security Notes.
• File system monitoring for Oracle.
• Performing Client copy, Client Deletion.
• Logical System creation.
• Starting and stopping SAP and Database during Schedule downtimes.
• OSS connections with SAP.
• System Copy / Refresh on ECC.
• System performance tuning and monitoring of the SAP systems.
• Trouble shooting and solving users query and preparing associated documents.
• Customer communication and co-ordination.
• Traveled to client locations to implement SAP solutions and offered post-installation support services

• System Maintenance: Proactively resolved critical issues, managed transports, applied patches, and performed kernel upgrades.
• Client & Job Management: Conducted client operations, scheduled/analyzed background jobs, and maintained system performance.
