Recruitment Planning and Strategies

Preparation of on Recruitment, Preparation on Employee referral Mails and Schemes, Dashboards for weekly and monthly hiring, Handling all the phases of complete Talent Acquisition Life Cycle, Negotiating with the candidate & Panel regarding CTC, notice period and issuing the offer letters, Giving the periodical follow-ups for the candidates and making them to join on time, Maintaining recruitment database, Participating recruitment review meeting with dept. heads periodically through telecom or in person meetings, Initiating and conducting the on boarding formalities for the new Recruits / New Joiners, Taking induction on HR Policies, Key People, Culture and organizing technical induction with concern dept. heads, Coordination with the Network departments for new joiner’s workstation and Email ID creation, Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, ID, Access, Bank Account opening kits and giving them an insight about the HR Policy and Procedures followed in the Organization, On completing the handling responsibility, the employee’s Back Ground verification is done through end-to-end process,
