Key Roles Responsibilities

  • Accountable for overseeing and analyzing the performance and governance of Insurance sector, buyer-based fields of play (FoP) and growth drivers (Alliances, Managed Services and Strategic Solutions), evaluating their implications on the Consulting Service Line for FSO EMEIA
  • Lead engaging one-to-one sessions with senior partners and directors, offering valuable insights into their field of play performance.
  • Orchestrate seamless coordination with sector and FoP leaders to forecast revenue and drive strategic growth investment planning (GIP) initiatives for the Consulting service line.
  • Perform dynamic Sales Forecasting and Sales Trend analysis to deliver timely insights to service line operations leaders, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring alignment with yearend sales objectives.
  • Develop and spearhead engaging sector and FoP Community calls, facilitating collaboration among country sector and FoP partners and regional counterparts to exchange best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage vibrant MS Teams and MS SharePoint channels, cultivating them as dynamic knowledge-sharing platforms for the FoP Communities.
  • Proficiently prepare and deliver compelling leadership meeting packs and dynamic reporting dashboards utilizing a suite of tools including Power BI, MS Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot), Alteryx, and PowerPoint.
  • Steer pipeline data hygiene process to unlock predictive insights and enhance pipeline analysis capabilities.
  • Conduct insightful win rate analysis to pinpoint root causes of low win rates, identifying key countries and segments.
