Achievements/ Tasks.
· Created and executed the go to market plan (GTM) for launch to acquire 50 MN customers in 100 days at launch and managed to achieve phenomenally successful 120 million paying clients in 160 days after launch. Built the "City in a box" model as part of GTM strategy for launch in 1000+ cities at launch
· Executive Member of Reliance Jio launch team, taking role of Digital & Customer Acquisition Lead, with P&L responsibility for eCommerce, Digital Recharges and Mobile Ad revenues.
· Built Digital Platforms & Products solutions for Jio – including full ecommerce solution, from conversion to fulfilment. Digital services included - Jio media (Music, video, movies), Jio Chat and are stand-alone brands and businesses.
· Re-imagined the traditional way of doing business with a 'Digital & Mobile First' . Reduced customer on-boarding time from 48 hours to 15 minutes only, revolutioning the whole mobile industry.
· Partnerships with key players including Flipkart and Amazon; created e-commerce solution from scratch to ensure delivery from store/warehouse in 90 minutes.
· Defining and creating the new Jio brand and also the brand experience by defining customer journeys and defining customer experience across all touch points across channels. Conceptualised big data solutions for advanced Customer Targeting and Advertising including set up of digital marketing and social listening.
