DGM CORPORATE AFFAIRS (HR)
- Regulatory Compliance & Liaison: Ensure adherence to safety and industry regulations. Liaise with regulatory authorities regarding permits, registrations, safety regulations, audits, and reporting. Ensuring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
- Corporate Communications: Manage and maintain corporate communications with all our clients (PAN-India), including client IR officials.
Handle media relations, press releases of general company announcements, and corporate branding. - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Plan and oversee CSR initiatives related to community development, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Monitor and report on CSR programs' impact.
- Crisis and Issue Management: Manage communication during emergencies, outages, or emergency incidents.
- Legal and Contractual Support: Oversee contractual negotiations related to corporate affairs. Ensure legal compliance in corporate communications and stakeholder contracts, in coordination with the company's legal team.
- Compensation and Benefits: Managing salary structures, incentives, and benefits schemes.
Ensuring timely payroll processing. - Candidate Screening & Selection: Review resumes and applications from international applicants. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Legal and Visa Requirements: Stay updated on immigration laws, work permits, and visa regulations of target countries. Coordinate with legal teams and immigration consultants to facilitate visa processing.
- Compliance and cultural sensitivity: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to international labor laws and standards.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of international candidates, visas, and compliance documents. Ensure confidentiality and data security.
- Policy Management: Manage and administer employee insurance policies, including health, life, and other benefits. Ensure policies are up to date and aligned with company standards.
- Claims Processing: Assist employees with insurance claims submissions. Coordinate with insurance providers for claim approvals and settlements.
- Vendor Liaison: Maintain relations with insurance carriers and brokers. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options.
- Employee Support and Communication: Educate employees about their insurance benefits and coverage details. Address employee queries regarding insurance schemes.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and statutory requirements. Prepare reports on insurance coverage, claims, and expenses.
- Periodic cost evaluation and budget analysis for insurance policies.
