We have received a request to reload the data from R1 post archival database to R1 post prod DB,due to 2 yr data archival process HIPPAA policy is breaching so we have to reload the data from R1 Post archival db to R1 Post Db

Responsibilities:

1.Analysis on existing PROD-DB R1POST

2.Analysis on existing Archival-DB R1_POST_ARCHIVE.

3.IDENTITY AND CONTARINTS CHECK.

4.Analysis on data copy and impact analysis plan.

5.Load test and Performance test.

Project description:-R1-Hub(Split by FacilityCode and MRN number):-

Developed conversation project to divide PMTS file by facility code and another conversion program based on MRN number for Notes and ACCACTV file.

we have development the python program using pandas library to consume the file from shared location and arguments passed using Configuration JSON file.

R1 client raised a request to split the file based on account number for old and new facility for three input file types.

we have used the python program to consume the file from ftp source provided by client and after that we have applied the split rules based on account number for old and new facility and created the output files.

we have developed a generic python program using pandas library and we have used to JSON file as configuration file which is used to pass the argemnmts like input file,output file,business rules and facilitycode,file extension etc5

• we are creating a separate ODS system as per application needs like as of now we have common tran db for all three apps so now we are going to separate the database based on the the ODS system

Project description:-

R1 Post basically a cash posting application and designed to reduce manual intervention and improve quality & accelerate the cash posting process by increasing the automation of data retrieval,posting & reconciliation.
By R1POST System we automatically matched the bank deposit data to 835 files & payment transaction.
automatically initiates the process of third part posting (accupost,VRS & Hyland onbase).
automated bank deposit data,835 file,check files,payment data retrieval matching,splitting and posting
apart from that here we load the bankdeposit data,835 check data,patientpayment,835 log files(entity files)
basically data of hospital,athena,clinic and further used to matched the deposit with payment data and 835 files(claim files).build in checkin & balance to reduce the error.
R1 RCM managing the complete revenue of healthcare domain for US hospitals.after all the process of revenue cycle like:-Pre-registration,scheduling,registration,financial counciling,transactions,coding,care coverage,billing,follow-up customer service,medical financial solution,Cashposting(R1 POST application),credit.
with the help of ETL process managing the process and automate further process and development and using SSIS package to load the bank,check,835 files and lockbox files and further reconcile the data with help of SQL logic (matchtodepost) and matchtopayment.we are managing data for such hospital lifepoint,ascension,sutter health etc.

here we manage the ETL part, in this we received data in the form of CSV and text files and data loaded in the stage environment and then further loaded into Tran Environment with the help of Stage and Tran controller .we have to consume the new file type-patient payment in the R1Post so we have developed the ETL pipeline to consumed the data in stage and further populated in the tran table

• R1 Insight is an application in which we basically upload some CPT codes which are provided by the US govt based on every year and quarterly basis so business provides that data from the Govt sites so we basically automate the process in the initial phase we have some basic level of SSIS package which are used by R1 Insight Ops team so they manually enter the some log info and manually Change the File Connection every time

GIC Syndicate 1947' is the first Lloyd's syndicate to be backed solely by capital from an Indian reinsurance group. Pembroke, a Liberty Mutual Company which is a specialist provider of Lloyd's managing agency services. In this project.we have created some SSIS packages, SSAS Cube and SSRS reports for daily basis analysis and reconciliation.

Project Description:

This project deals in production support in FCS (Financial Close System) which include the change request, receiving from the Business and implemented the changes. We have to create the package to populate the data into our staging and interface system to validate based on MDM System

• MDM-Master data mapping basically a system to validate the policy mapping data.

• So due to new business acquisition (new business entity or Syndicate to identify the new insurance business) we have formed a new business entity HEDAC (Hamilton Europe DAC) from Parent company IEDAC (Ironshore Europe DAC) to separate the Hamilton insurance business.
