- As part of the NMRC Aqua Line project, I played a key role in CMRS inspection, train testing, and initial staff training.
- I’ve served as Crew Controller and Line Supervisor at the Crew Control Office, contributing to its setup and operational readiness.
- My responsibilities included operational planning, office setup, staff counseling, train handling, documentation, interdepartmental coordination, contingency planning, failure analysis, reporting.
