End to End Tendering Experience of TBCB Schemes from approval, techno commercial offer submission, negotiation, contract award for both private clients as well as government clients. Route analysis, BOQ validation, costing analysis of Transmission line tenders. Experience in analyzing variances, Tender Vs Actual analysis, Project Revenue, Project Margin, Project PBT, EBIDITA etc. Experience in Finalization of Tender Budget & Zero Costing of the Project.
