Discussion with customer regarding the major KPIs issues in network and on that daily basis doing analysis and preparing optimization plan and then implementing
Feature Implementation and analysis of Impact in KPIs in Live scenarios and if issue occurs coordinate with R&D Team and Field Team according
Automation of 5G, LTE and IWF reports including Per band reports
Checking current health of the network & configuration, and PM KPIs/Counters
Identify the impact due to various config / parameter changes in the network support CM Analysis Network issues by analyzing End-to-end Performance KPIs and EMIL logs, working with other domain experts for resolution
Analysis & action plan in LTE and 5G on Low Throughput cells, high PRB for optimization & improvement of throughput
Action plan for capacity enhancement post optimization of low throughput cells
Analysis on worst performing cells on daily basis for improvement of contractual KPIs
Analyzing different clusters based on the Poor coverage and quality and providing the appropriate solution to stakeholders
Analyzing cluster based on dead site and recommending the possible solution for that area
Maintaining a pool of sites where no optimization is possible, and reviewing them on daily basis, whether any carrier or Technology addition done
Analysing Feature implemented cells pre and post KPIs
And Benefits pack submission to stakeholders
Understanding of NSA and SA Call flow and KPIs
Successfully completed 22R1,22R2,22R3,23R1,23R2,23R3,23R4,24R1,24R2 Software Load on LTE and 5G
Performing individual Team Lead position for separate cluster end to end for feature testing and KPIs analysis.
