Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calls and emails as planned for the week.
• Understanding and finding out pain points of the customer during the tele-conversations.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for further development and closure.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
• Prepare quotations for the Sales team and customers.
• Submit cold call and sales reports to the management.
• Provide the management with necessary support on database tasks, like MS-Office.
• Research, identify key players, and generate an Enquiry.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.
• Providing training and producing support material for the sales team and new team members.
• Complete Back-end CRM Management.
• Place purchase orders to suppliers and channel partners.
