Achievements/Tasks

• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement ongoing repairs and improvements
• Modifying workflow, process builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports using best practices in Salesforce setup
• Providing assistance with tasks such as data import/export and report/dashboard creation for stakeholders
• Performing and assisting with frequent security audits of profiles and permission settings to ensure adherence to principle of least privilege
• Aided in administration of data inside Salesforce, including establishment of validation standards and proactive prevention of data duplication
• Collaboration with corporate stakeholders to develop solutions aimed at enhancing user experience
• Creating multiple monthly reports and dashboards for entire client organization to promote transparency and ease of understanding for management

CarynHealth(healthcare application) application that enables the user to create and publish surveys for the hospitals/facilities. The facilities can respond to the published survey. These responses are used to calculate scores in the system for managing incentives for the facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Developed application through salesforce community , Lightning and aura development
• Work with einstein analytics
• Involvement in Functional testing Test Design includes Test Data preparation and Reviews
• Defect management and tracking
• Client interactions on requirements and testing updates.

Anthem ACMP (healthcare application) Jan 2019 — May 2019

Anthem Care Management Platform (ACMP) is a business and IT initiative to build a utilisation and care management platform to improve operational processes and efficiency. This platform will provide effective insights and analytics to reduce the cost of care by reducing unnecessary utilisation and admissions. This will improve quality and efficiency of care as well as outcomes through better care management. The platform uses pre certification & authorization processes to evaluate medical necessity for hospital/specialty services.
