• As part of Release Management Team - Planned, Coordinated, Communicated and Executed technical and functional releases for SAP Landscape containing S4HANA, BW4HANA, CPI, BOBJ, XSA
• Designed Change and Transport Management strategy for S4HANA, BW4HANA, BOBJ, CPI implementations and lead the implementation of ChaRM with Retrofit in continuously changing project and maintenance landscapes
• Lead a project to clean-up security roles eliminating 150+ obsolete roles while ensuring that necessary user authorizations are intact
• Integrated SAP Solution Manager with ServiceNow for centralized Change Management Processes for different Product areas
• Lead the project to automate the document unlocks in SAP Solution Documentation reducing the support team's manual effort by 40+ hours every month.

• As SAP Solman Lead, took over complete Release Management and Change Management business as they downsized the internal teams due to acquisition

Worked with Compass, UK

• Defined and implemented monitoring strategy, to monitor their S4HANA, ECC and PO landscape, monitoring of Integration Message flows and Job Monitoring

• Completed several Solution Manager implementations for UK, Finland, Hong Kong based customers - in Change Request Management ChaRM (CSOL, DGP, Retrofit, CCTS), CTS+, Application Operations, Business Process Monitoring
• Implemented SAP Test Suite with CBTA for Test automation and supported in automated test script creation, Test Data variants creations and automated test execution
• Conducted several end-user trainings as well as technical trainings for clients/technical teams
• Conducted requirement gathering workshops to define the Business Processes and Technical Landscape documentation in Solution Manager. Workshops for customized Change Management processes and replicating those in ChaRM with Retrofit, CCTS and CSOL/DGP enablement

• Change Request Management implementation for Normal Changes and Urgent changes in Solution Manager 7.1

• Worked as part of SAP Product Standard team ensuring that the product adheres to the Operations and Support standards before it is released to customers
• Based on my role at SAP Labs, I lead a team of testers, authored test cases, executed testcases, interacted with third- party ISVs to ensure that SAP products can be- - Successfully monitored using standard monitoring tools (SAP Solman 7.1 CCMS, Wily Introscope, SAP Passport handling for end-to-end tracing) -Fully restored from the scheduled online/offline backups -Any issues can be troubleshooted using logs and traces and that enough logging in SAP Standard ways is done
• As part of Operations and Support team, I ensured that the product is monitorable and can be fully supported using SAP Solution Manager as central admin tool
