● Participating in client interactions for requirements elicitation and working with technical teams in solution design and development.

● Understanding of Priority and Severity of a Defect.

● Writing SQL queries and procedures to fetch desired data.

● Conducting Knowledge Transfer sessions & mentoring recruits to improve work flow and to streamline project completion.
