• Coordinate between the Director (APAC), Project managers, Territory supervisors and studios, linguists, vendors, take care of the communication and keep track of the work flow for all the dubbing, subtitling, metadata, etc. projects.
• Prep or perform other linguistic tasks in subtitling software (Full, Forced, SDH)
• Create contract inventory, issue Assignment of Rights contracts
• Review dubbing scripts for quality and consistency against glossary terms
• With supervision by Territory Manager, assign projects to local freelancers or vendors, studios
• Follow up on projects to ensure they are finished as scheduled and according to the highest possible technical/linguistic standards
• Relate promptly linguistic and quality issues (vs time, client or general process constraints) to Territory Manager
• Monitor and keep up-to-date with trends in region related to shifts in technology, creative or technical specifications
• Assist Territory Manager with local recruitment, such as, posting in local language, contacting universities, etc
• Other tasks as assigned

Creative Translations, Adaptive Dialogue Writing for dubbing scripts (Documentaries, podcasts, features, etc.)

• Reviewing tests for new hires.
• Training and Managing the team of translators, proofreaders and ensure timely delivery.
• Creative Translations, Adaptive Dialogue Writing for dubbing scripts (Documentaries, features, etc.)

Translating Legal documents

• Subtitling- Origination/ Translation and Proofreading of features, series, trailers, and metadata for Non theatrical content.
• Managing the team of translators and proofreaders and ensure timely delivery.

Translation and Proofreading of Educational content

• Origination/ Translation tasks in subtitling software (Full, Forced, SDH) of features, series, trailers, and metadata for OTT, YouTube, Home Video.
• Creative Translations, Adaptive Dialogue Writing for dubbing scripts (Documentaries, features, etc.)
• Time Coding

Subtitling - Origination and Proofreading of features, series, trailers, and metadata in subtitling software (Full, Forced, SDH) of features, series, trailers, and metadata.

• Subtitling - Origination and Proofreading of features, series, daily soaps, reality shows, unscripted content, trailers, and metadata in subtitling software (Full, Forced, SDH)
• Reviewing tests for new hires.
• Training and Managing the team of translators, proofreaders and ensure timely delivery.
