6. Preparation of Finance Modules like cost & ratio analysis for Non finance users for understanding of finance.

7. Leading the Shikhar Initiatives for TSM by conducting weekly meetings for fast track movement of the logged projects and convert the pipelines into projects by regular coordination and interaction with team members, Business Analyst Group and Shikhar team.

8. Leading the IT Initiatives for TSM & TSL process enhancement- Monitoring and ensuring the major IT projects are completed timely by reviewing the progress of the projects in weekly meeting and coordinating with IT team.
