Key Contributions:

• Spearheaded backend stability improvements by conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes using .NET and SQL.
• Designed and delivered a custom C# tariff determination tool, improving traceability and streamlining multi-query execution.
• Enhanced access management workflows, improving operational efficiency and user provisioning accuracy.
• Led a 3-member sub-team within a 20-member development group; managed sprint deliverables, mentored junior developers, and coordinated technical resolutions.
• Engaged in client discussions, shared weekly progress updates, and maintained compliance-ready internal documentation.

• Revamped the BASR (Blueprint Access Service Request) form to enhance user experience and reduce submission errors.
• Migrated Classic ASP-based access forms to ASP.NET, integrating Active Directory authentication.
