Responsible for performing GITC reviews as part of internal financial control audits:

· Performed audits of complex technologies in Insurance, Banking and Healthcare industries and accessing the risk and reviewing, documenting, evaluating controls’ design and operating effectiveness.

· Performed ITGC controls testing (manual and automated) and ITAC controls.

· Performed SOC 1 & SOC 2 control testing and provided a final report on the effectiveness of service organizations’ internal controls

· Trained interns and Analyst on the Process Understanding and ITGC controls. Managed a team of 2 Analyst and 1 Associate Consultant to successfully complete the area allotted and reviewed their work papers

Key work –

Responsible for performing ITGC reviews as part of internal financial control audits:

· Performed audits of complex technologies in Listed Insurance Co., Commodity industry, Asset management company, NBFC and Logistic industry and audited multiple application including ERP’s like Oracle and SAP.

· Performed ITGC control testing (manual and automated) on areas such as IT governance, access management, change management, computer operations (disaster recovery, BCP, backup, incident management and batch job processes) and program development.

Communicated and discussed the control deficiencies identified in ITGC with management. Identified root cause and provided recommendations for deficiencies to comply with industries best practices and organizations policies and procedure

Key work –

· Understanding end to end process for CS operations from respective process owners.

· Documenting the process in detailed format using flowcharts.

· Updating all the processes on the BSH Intranet and getting it duly signed and verified from Head of Internal audit function

· Key processes worked for CS – Exchange & Refund, Workshop Repair, SDA process and guideline, ISP creation and updating, call center operation processes.

VNA and Technical Training

Key work –

Worked as a Desktop Engineer with the following scope of work:

· Acquired knowledge about troubleshooting of desktops.

· Got trained about Australian culture.

Key work –

· Revision and update of signature guideline of BSH (entire company). Last update of signature guideline was more than five years ago.

· Reviewed all relevant regulations of the organization and highlighted the overlaps/ mismatch with Signature Regulation.
