Marketing Office Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end tendering activities including preparation, publishing, and uploading of EOIs/corrigenda and submission of bids on government portals.
• Prepared approval notes, participated in tender/EOI opening and evaluation processes.

Project Responsibilities (ASCON Phase-IV):

• Worked on ASCON Phase-IV project, an IP/MPLS-based network of strategic and national importance using Cisco routers.
• Contributed to High-Level Design (HLD) preparation and overall network architecture planning.
• Managed BOQ-aligned equipment through end-to-end Change Management, including solution preparation and PoV approvals.
• Handled Country of Origin compliance through Trusted Telecom Portal (TTP) as System Integrator, including submission and certification of equipment and OEMs.
• Monitored ~10,000 km OFC network through OTU and carried out network planning as per BOQ, validated by Army authorities and implemented during rollout.
• Conducted training sessions for JRI on IP/MPLS subsystem and executed PoC test case scenarios on testbed setup.

Project Responsibilities (BharatNet Phase-1 & GujNet):

Worked on BharatNet Phase-1 and GujNet projects aimed at providing high-speed broadband connectivity to over 1 lakh Gram Panchayats through underground Optical Fibre Cable (OFC), enabling digital services such as e-governance, telemedicine, and online education with minimum 100 Mbps bandwidth.

• Conducted system testing for GPON-based network setups.
• Collaborated with C-DOT as Technology Transfer (ToT) partner for testing of data, voice, and video streaming services.
• Established and configured GPON test setups, including OLT and ONT connectivity over a 20 km fiber spool.
• Performed detailed testing and validation of OLT components including SCM, QPIC, and power cards.
• Executed deep modular-level testing for QPIC cards.
• Conducted TEC (Technical Evaluation/Compliance) for Mini OLT and EPIC cards.
