Key Deliverables: Helios, Central, JW, Boutiques, Travel retail & South Asia Market (Bangladesh)
1) Develop the annual business targets for the respective regions and partners.
2) Monitor the sales performance of partners against the targets in the periodically basis.
3) Prepare and maintain documents, presentations and XL- reports related to performance, sales data and business developments -Business correspondence and conducting meetings with partners for business review and development, liaison and negotiate for business requirement.
4) Liasioning with business partners -Negotiation and Identifying business development opportunities
5) Reviewing the store wise stock gap of each partner and take the corrective actions accordingly.
6) Create and seek approvals on marketing plans, BTL/ATL/ Digital activities and budgets for partners
7) Collaborates with different departments to execute and action, Stock allocation, Orders, Invoicing, replenishments, deliveries, timely follow-ups and feedback -Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and help in setting up and executing all process improvements initiatives

1) Sales, Margin Planning & Performance Review:
a) Plan and finalize the sales, margin and inventory for Watch
b) Provide direction on category mix, price mix and option mix to Buying
c) Review sales performance & base stock for necessary action
d) Provide in season promotional plan & EOSS markdown plans
e) Provide sell thru and Productivity analysis of the season for corrections
f) Regularly collect and analyze product feedback from the Retail team
2) Inventory Management:
a) Ensure timely delivery and availability of stocks at the store and manage stock norms
b) Forecast and plan inventory for Retail Chain to ensure adequate stock at any point of time
c) Perform gap analysis post launch and propose appropriate corrections
d) Initiate RTV at the end of season wherever necessary
e) Ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained at regions keeping in mind store requirements as well as working capital constraints

1. Strategic Tie up with Ecommerce marketplaces like Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, E-bay, Shopclues, Askmebazaar to drive business across categories like Home Appliances( LED TV etc) , Small Appliances( Mixer Grinder, Pop Up toaster Etc)
2. Managing complete face of ARISE products at marketplaces for Product listing, Product Promotions, photography, Product PR in line with brand guidelines
3. Managing day to day operations and devising innovative ways for pushing online sales for ARISE and its allied brands products on internet
4. Handling complete team of warehouse, operations, accounts, customer care etc for smooth business
5. Managing Payment reconciliation and collections at every shopping portal.
