Employee Co-Investment Program:

• Administer and manage the co-investment program for eligible employees
• Oversee documentation and legal compliance of co-investment transactions
• Actively involved in making the investment portal more user friendly and automate it

Program administration and distributions - Carried Interest and other Compensation Awards:

• Calculate and distribute carried interest payouts to investment professionals and partners
• Manage carried interest and various voluntary and involuntary awards, ensuring accurate tracking of new awards, vesting timelines, reallocations, and terminations.
• Actively involved with the EWM Team (the firms compensation portal) to automate the reporting and award structuring

Administering Deferral program (IOP, DCP):

• Process yearly dividend calculations and payments
• Quarterly reporting of new awards, forfeitures, disposals etc and maintain the Share Register

• Monthly tracking and preparing MIS Reports, Payroll Management
• Successfully completed Performance Appraisal and Goal Setting using HRIM SAP
• Conducted competency mapping and skill - gap analysis for the employees
