- Actioning SWIFT messages (210, 202, 540 & 542) from various Investment Managers
- Managing Settlement Instructions (SSI's) and ensuring timely release of payments for multiple currencies
- Conducting reconciliation of broker statements with client collateral balances, including retrieval, tracking, resolution, and client reporting
- Knowledge on Tri-party agreements-ACA and US securities
- Engaged in various projects such as Cash Automation, SWIFT Automation, and EDM, while also instructing physical stock delivery/receipt and utilizing applications like CREST GUI, FED, and UNAVISTA

- Conducting reconciliation of collateral movements and portfolios, resolving discrepancies, performing TLM reconciliation, publishing failing collateral movements, working on various reports issued in Passport, and preparing presentations for Investment Managers and clients regarding reports and accounting structures
- Working closely with Client services, Clients, Transition Team, on transitioning and explaining collateral process flow, reports generate to client / IM, SWIFT - Format, settlements, reconciliation, accounting structure
- Constantly monitoring the mail box for any queries or escalations from the Internal and external parties
