This project aims at electronic delivery of identified high volume citizen centric services, at district and sub- district, HQ level. eSewa involves integrated and seamless delivery of citizen services by district administration through automation of workflow, back end digitization, integration and process redesigning across participating sections/departments for providing services in a most efficient. manner to the citizen. eSewa had already on-boarded 300+ online and offline citizen centric services of various department of Govt. of Punjab.
1) Documenting and translating customer business functions and processes.
2) Creation of FRS/SRS documents of new features & functionality for development.
3) Process and planning of projects and discussions with development team.
4) Participating in functionality testing and user acceptance testing of the new projects
