· Daily checking the tickets assigned and resolve the tickets depends on the Priority levels

· Monitoring of Linux servers continuously and resolving the system related issues if any occurred as 24/7 production support.

· Monitor and manage system resources: daemons, processes, file systems, and CPU / Memory utilization.

· This involved sending out appropriate notifications, identifying the clients impacted and providing status updates to the Business Impacted.

· Good experience in moving user database & system database files from one Location to another Location.

· Maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data. This includes regular backups and the ability to restore data in case of a failure.

· Working Experience in Backup and Recovery in Linux Maintenance planning.

· Doing deployment of the applications through Linux console Monitoring system logs and activity on all servers. Proactively monitor and manage application and system resources: daemons, processes, interfaces, file systems, and CPU / Memory utilization.

· Provide training and support to end-users and other staff members who interact with the database.

· Create and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis. This can involve building complex queries to extract specific data for business needs.
