Statutory Auditor for a publicly listed real estate entity. I autonomously managed the assignment, encompassing a range of professional services. This entailed a comprehensive understanding and application of various acts such as the RERA Act of 2016, Companies Act of 2013, Standards on Auditing Knowledge, Income Tax Act of 1961, and GST Act of 2017. Additional responsibilities involved providing support for the upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SPL, as well as overseeing the consolidation of financial statements and managing related party transactions.
