· Creation process documents , working manuals, flow charts ,user handbooks as well as related tools and templates for each service offering.
· Invoice management – Payout management of HR expense invoices globally.
· Creating and publishing weekly & monthly dashboard on HR operations activities.
· Create, track and assess standards, metrics, processes and systems on regular basis in order to monitoring performance and identify the improvement areas .

· Conducting the monthly and annually employee engagement activities (fun activities, skip level meeting, Inbound and Outbound trainings etc.) across HRSSC.
· Providing payroll inputs with payroll team and Co-ordination with Payroll SPOC for smooth processing of payroll.
